The Lance Running Vlog is hosted by Lance Retz, a runner on the St. Joseph-Ogden High School Cross Country and Track team. You can view all of his past interviews on YouTube here

In today's Vlog, Lance talks to former Neuqua Valley Coach Paul Vandersteen who retired as the head coach at the school at the conclusion of the 2023 Track season. Vandersteen now is a volunteer coach at North Central College in Naperville as well as a coach at the Naperville Running Club.
