Tiffany Sax, a sophomore at Newbury Park High in California, took third in the Marmonte League girls varsity championship cross country race at Agoura High. Sax covered the 3-mile course in 17:33.27 for the Panthers, who placed five scorers in the top nine to repeat as champions with a 26-30 victory against Oaks Christian.
