He is the head coach of the six-time Nike Cross Nationals qualifying boys team from The Woodlands in Texas.  They missed one year, and here he discusses some of the lessons learned from a year when many of his athletes tasted defeat for the first time.  One philosophy is "good arrogance," an idea that comes up often in his camp; he describes what he means in this interview.
