No one in America, perhaps, has more race walking experience than Tim Seaman who has won over 40 National Championships, qualified for two Olympic teams, and is now coaching race walkers of all levels including Trevor Barron, national champion and Olympic Qualifier.  Coach Seaman discusses how running and race walking relate, the state of race walking in America and around the world, and how someone can get started (and why they should) in race walking.
