Filmed on 12/1/07 - Portland, OR - Nike Campus - Coaches Clinic at NTN 07 (Part 5) - Nike put on a few coaching clinics at the end of this year's Nike Team Nationals meet. This session included exercise scientist and distance running coach Roy Benson, Oregon Women's Volunteer Distance Coach Maurica Powell and the OTC Elite head coach Frank Gagliano.

In this video Frank Gagliano describes how he uses the indoor season as a speed/sharpening tool during the "not ideal conditions" winter months.
