Midwest individuals Mia Sirois and Helen Sachs finished with All-American honors at Nike Cross Nationals, with Sirois placing sixth in 17 minutes, 16 seconds, and Sachs finishing 18th in 17:43.8 at Glendoveer Golf Course in Portland.
